Tk3 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 General Terms

Tk3 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tk3.

By using the tk3 platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to participate in online betting under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You are playing for personal entertainment and not for any professional purpose.

02 Account Registration

To create an account on tk3, you must provide accurate information on the registration form. Each person may hold only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and funds may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Tk3 reserves the right to investigate any account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

03 Age Verification

Tk3 takes a strict stance against underage gambling. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Documents may be requested for age verification at any time.
• If it is found that someone registered an account while under the age of 18, that account will be immediately closed and all associated transactions will be voided.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Tk3 supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. The payment rules are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Deposits are usually instant; processing may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes; the maximum processing time is 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if extensive verification is required for anti-money laundering purposes.
• A new withdrawal request cannot be submitted while a previous one is still being processed.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on tk3. These Terms & Conditions cover all types of betting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Pre-match bets can be placed up until the event begins.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, tk3 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Placing bets on the same outcome in the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• In accumulator bets (combining multiple selections), all selections must be correct.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Tk3 regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply when using them:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement, which is clearly stated alongside the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after all wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• A bonus may only apply to specific betting markets as stated in the offer.
• Tk3 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.
• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Tk3 reserves the right to close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• For providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• If there is suspicion of account hacking or fraud.
• Attempting to harass or harm another user.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or other financial irregularities.

You may also close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts with no activity for more than 12 months.

08 Responsible Betting

Tk3 is deeply committed to responsible betting. We want you to play for fun, not out of compulsion. To support this, we offer the following features:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you bet in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can suspend your account temporarily (7 days to 6 months) or close it permanently.

10 Dispute Resolution

11 Changes & Amendments

Tk3 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Minor changes may take effect immediately.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
